- On-call supervisor evaluates loss and dispatches field superintendent within 4 hours.
- Field superintendent arrives and stabilizes situation.
- After stabilization, mitigation plan is discussed with client and insurance agency.
- Restoration estimate is prepared and sent to insurance company by Orion.
- Estimate is approved and restoration begins.
